Templates and Forms
In order for submitted manuscripts to be considered for evaluation in our journal, all required documents and files must be uploaded to the system completely at the time of submission. In this context, manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the Article Template. In addition, to ensure the confidentiality of personal information during the peer-review process, the Title Page must be completed and uploaded as a separate file.
Furthermore, the Author Information Form, Copyright Notice Text, and Ethics Statement Form must be completed, signed with a wet signature, and uploaded to the system. In addition, the Turnitin similarity report for the manuscript must also be submitted through the system at the time of application. If the manuscript is a study that requires ethics committee approval, the relevant ethics committee approval/permission document must also be uploaded together with the other submission files.
All of the documents and files listed above are considered mandatory submission materials. If any of these required documents are missing, the editorial and peer-review processes for the manuscript will not be initiated. In the event of missing documents or incomplete information, the author(s) will be requested to make the necessary corrections. If the required documents are not completed and uploaded within 15 days, the manuscript will be rejected.
In order to avoid delays or any loss of rights during the evaluation process, authors are kindly advised to carefully check all submission documents and files before completing their submission.
